I am a paper engineer and graphic designer with over 20 years of experience. With a degree in theatrical scenic design (and a proud Hampshire College alum), I worked as a model builder and designer in a variety of fields before discovering the magic of movable books. From the time I first dissected a pop-up book, determined to solve the riddle of how it worked, I was hooked.

 

After experimenting with cards and other small projects, I went on to design and engineer a number of pop-up books including Escher Pop-Ups, New York Times acclaimed Gaudi Pop-Ups, Star Trek Pop-Ups and ABC Pop-Up.
